In order to ensure the smooth implementation of 2021 annual direct electricity transactions in Tianjin, The specific requirements are as follows:

I. declare the monthly and time phased predicted electricity consumption in 2021

direct trading users and power selling companies need to complete the declaration of predicted self consumption or agent total electricity consumption before 17:30 on November 18, and retail users do not need to declare electricity consumption separately. The electricity declared by market entities this time is based on 12 months, and each month is divided into four periods: peak, peak, flat and valley for electricity data declaration. According to the notice of the municipal development and Reform Commission on further reducing the price of general industrial and commercial electricity in our city (jfgjz [2019] No. 354), the four periods of peak, peak, flat and valley are divided:
